Here are my thoughts on the the Dr.'s advice
* Yoga is one of my greatest joys in life. It makes me calmer, healthier, happier, and more energetic.
Here are some dvds I recommend.
* I've been told that meditating will do me a lot of good (I may be a little high strung..... haha), but I'm not usually one to sit still... or stay quiet.... or concentrate on one thing... but I do hope to try it out. Here are some dvds I recommend.
* I don't know much about Music Therapy, but I use music as my own therapy =)
* Accupuncture and Qigong are not things I'm interested in, but they do seem to work well for some people.
So instead of popping those pills and making all those Doctor's appointments, try some of these alternative therapies out and see if it works for you!
*~ Have a Beautiful Day! ~*
